It is needless to say
students would miss the opportunity to right to education if desired qualities
are not met. So it is important to take measures to make the teaching job more
attractive, lucrative and respected in true sense. It is necessary to make the
avenue for bright pupils and meritorious graduates to lead educational arena.
Keeping discrimination in the teaching profession yields no good result.
Ultimately it threatens the development of quality education. It may happen to
lead the situation to deteriorate in term of quality unless quality in every
respect is ensured. More important matters to think, education is a great
investment. If you go depth to find out the reasons of development of advanced
countries, you will experience, a good percentage of GDP has been invested in
education sector. Top priority should go to ensure a higher standard of life
for teachers and It is primary to university level. It needs to eradicate all
sorts of discrimination and do a fair justice.
We are happy and feel
proud that Bangladesh is advancing gradually. The move of advancement would be
fast no doubt. So quality people in every sector is must handle simple to
complex, dealing smoothly, smartly and dynamically. So we need happy teachers
to produce a lot of productive managers.
I think, teachers are
lucky as the present government is teachers friendly. They intend to award
teachers more. One single demand, nationalization of all institutions hopefully
eradicate all discrimination. Teachers hope, demand of nationalization would
be meeting up soon.
