History says great job of imparting knowledge has been performed by the benevolent people. These great people have played key roles to shape the world towards prosperity and for betterment of the destiny of mankind. Their enrichment teachings are still remembered with huge respect because of exceptional quality. From the point of view, need of qualified teacher conveys significant message to all.

So it is important to take measures to make the teaching job more attractive, lucrative and respected in true sense. It is necessary to make the avenue for bright pupils and meritorious graduates to lead educational arena. Keeping discrimination in the teaching profession yields no good result. We are happy and feel proud that Bangladesh is advancing gradually. The move of advancement would be fast no doubt. So quality people in every sector is must handle simple to complex, dealing smoothly, smartly and dynamically. So we need happy teachers to produce a lot of productive managers.

I think, teachers are lucky as the present government is teachers friendly. They intend to award teachers more. One single demand, nationalization of all institutions hopefully eradicate all discrimination. Teachers hope, demand of nationalization would be meeting up soon.

The simple message requires to be perceived by all concerned parties.  Teachers who are the key players in the classroom should come forward with highest efforts. Training in multimedia classroom teaching should be provided  to maximum teachers and those trained teachers can also start in-house training on the subject matter for the up gradation of their fellow colleagues. These concerted efforts would go on cycle. Follow up monitoring  with the  long  term vision need to continue.

No challenge is possible to overcome unless it is addressed properly. Appropriate use of multi media  in imparting knowledge can be the best choice to ensure quality education. Multimedia class room should be the indispensable part of teaching and learning system. There is no alternate to standard form of education in this competitive age.
