TEACHING AS A PROFESSION

There is a common proverb that teaching is a noble profession. You see many types of profession around you that offer fat salary with huge facilities but tag of noble profession  like teaching profession is not observed. It may hammer to your mind as a question where the secret lies. You many raise justification of its authenticity as  a noble profession. It may happen how you view the teaching as a profession.

Your total devotion would determine the quality of teaching as a profession. The teaching requires hard labor with great innovation  with a view to imparting lesson in the class. Your brilliant effort to make teaching environment  idealize one would work as a motivating factor to others. The time you spent in preparing lesson plan is worth appreciation when you try hard to reach your target. Your goal or target is to bring out the hidden treasure that your students have.

The profession covers a broader range of area that touches our lives in many respects. But the main aspect of teaching profession lies in teaching and learning activities in the class room premises. You can re-shuffle your memory and go back in the distant past how you spent your time with different class activities at elementary and secondary school.

So if you like to prefer teaching as a profession, you need to give a second thought over the matter. The teacher deals very delicate matter of a very important period of human lives that happens at early stage of lives. Successful dealing with this part of human lives will make you noble as well as bring the profession at its superb height.

The Type of Unmployment That You Are.

Unending frustration lies in a family if you are unemployed in spite of having all fitness. A great recession in the world economy some times even upset the whole scenario. It blocks  new graduates to get a job that he or she truly deserve to have. It is practically true when you go through the employment data. The data would demonstrate real picture when the economic turmoils start in any country. The title of the content refers your job status that you are currently holding.

As you like to get a more clear view, I need to be particular. If there pose a question like "Are you in Job ?" You would respond accordingly. The job that you are currently doing  means employed. On the other hand, you are seriously in search of a job means unemployed.  And third category is that you are not pursuing a job actively means you are out of the labor force.

You are in three category that determines status of position in the job. You may belong to frictional unemployment or structural unemployment or cyclical unemployment. There are more two common type of unemployed . They are underemployed and discourage worker. Frictional unemployment talks about temporary job. You can say transitional job. Cyclical unemployment happens at the period of economic turmoil. During recession there happens ups and downs in the job market.

The type of unemployment is a factor when you like to get a overview of labor market. It is helpful for the policy maker to adopt a future plan at policy level. Labor  force is a driving force to accelerate  the economy of a country. I starts my writing with  family frustration but this frustration does not last long. Uncertainty disappears and job prospects rises high when effective policy are implemented effectively from the grass root to top  level.  

The Stressful Situation That Unemployed People Face

Your life may be full of struggle if you are unemployed. The news of unemployment with big headlines draws everybody's attention though the news is not welcomed at all. Frequent headlines of unemployment give a clear message that financial crises with other negative factors are going on in the job market. The most concerning issues that push the young people and fresh graduates in to a bleak and uncertain future.

It is fact that solving unemployment problem is a gigantic task by solely the Government in a single hand but the topical issues of youth unemployment should be addressed properly and seriously. What I like to say that report regarding youth unemployment is one of the central contentions.

In term of unemployment characteristics, it varies region to region as well as country to country. The most concerning issues that need to discuss with its pros and cons at the policy making level. The issues deserve a strategic planning and well defined guideline. Finally the action plan needs meaningful implementation at the grass root level.

In a developing country like Bangladesh,  youth unemployment has been shaped in to a devastating form. The developing countries are mostly loaded with huge problems and youth unemployment is the biggest one. All the stakeholders need to take solid commitment from political, economic and social point of view. What is unfortunate that commitment at policy level and implementation level are hopelessly poor.

 If you like to focus on the level of education and skill, the situation is very disappointing.One of the prime causes of unemployment youth is no education or limited education. If you like to highlight to the level of skill, it is miserable. Believe it or not , in some case there are many who have almost no skill at all. Possessing required education, skill and experience are vitally important  to get a job that you desire.

To solve the unemployment problem, it needs a concerted efforts and sincere political commitment from every quarter and stakeholder. Congenial atmosphere is vitally important for boosting industry set up and massive foreign investment. Infrastructure development is a must that needs long term planning, clear vision and implementation at the grass root level.

Drem Job That May Keep You Unemployment

Having a good job is everyone's desire. The desire that leads to many sweet dreams. Even the most expected dream of leading a wonderful life with dear sweet heart becomes shattered when the dream of possessing a good job does not come in to reality.  The dream lies in the dream and do not touch the reality. Does the question of unemployment ever hammer your  mind for finding the causes in true sense ?
You need the required skill to have a particular job. Your targeted job is not well matched with your skill. If you like to consider your experience, the experience you have is not related to your dream job. So first and foremost duty that you need to do  is to give focus on specific skill and experience for specific job. Running after good job without doing enough ground work would be unwise.

Pay package is important that helps to determine your quality of life style. Your total compensation expectations are factors that genuinely influence on your decision. The decision that works here whether you like to involve in the job or not. You hope to opt better job. So the choice of option is yours.

So what I like to say, your dream job is good job. You do not like to get compromise with offer that you get. You like to be more reputed in the society with your dream job whether it match your skill or not. But reality is that you need to gather skill as well as experience to have your dream job or good job. So compromising is desirable. You need a ladder to reach the door of your dream job.
