The Stressful Situation That Unemployed People Face

Your life may be full of struggle if you are unemployed. The news of unemployment with big headlines draws everybody's attention though the news is not welcomed at all. Frequent headlines of unemployment give a clear message that financial crises with other negative factors are going on in the job market. The most concerning issues that push the young people and fresh graduates in to a bleak and uncertain future.

It is fact that solving unemployment problem is a gigantic task by solely the Government in a single hand but the topical issues of youth unemployment should be addressed properly and seriously. What I like to say that report regarding youth unemployment is one of the central contentions.

In term of unemployment characteristics, it varies region to region as well as country to country. The most concerning issues that need to discuss with its pros and cons at the policy making level. The issues deserve a strategic planning and well defined guideline. Finally the action plan needs meaningful implementation at the grass root level.

In a developing country like Bangladesh,  youth unemployment has been shaped in to a devastating form. The developing countries are mostly loaded with huge problems and youth unemployment is the biggest one. All the stakeholders need to take solid commitment from political, economic and social point of view. What is unfortunate that commitment at policy level and implementation level are hopelessly poor.

 If you like to focus on the level of education and skill, the situation is very disappointing.One of the prime causes of unemployment youth is no education or limited education. If you like to highlight to the level of skill, it is miserable. Believe it or not , in some case there are many who have almost no skill at all. Possessing required education, skill and experience are vitally important  to get a job that you desire.

To solve the unemployment problem, it needs a concerted efforts and sincere political commitment from every quarter and stakeholder. Congenial atmosphere is vitally important for boosting industry set up and massive foreign investment. Infrastructure development is a must that needs long term planning, clear vision and implementation at the grass root level.
